The Black Thorn Vein. A drink between wine and liqueur, traditionally consumed in the region of Saint in Charente, based on the bark and fruits of the Black Spine, also known as Prunellier.

This drink was about to disappear with Christian Vincent. But is has not, thanks to the passion of his grandson, Romuald Vincent. He made the bet in November 2015 to create the first production of Black Thorn Vein, intended for the general public.

Funded in June 2017, this project brings back to life this jewel of oenology, with fruity aromas of plums and its dark color - a real tribute to Romuald's grandfather, who made it his wedding wine.
